Warranty & Authenticity Guarantee Policy

Since our inception in 2021, Bawa Vapes has maintained a flawless reputation for genuine hardware. We guarantee that:

• Every hardware kit, pod cartridge, replacement coil, and e-liquid is 100% authentic.
• No counterfeit, clone, refurbished, or second-hand products are ever sold.
• Every hardware packaging box includes the official manufacturer anti-counterfeit scratch sticker.
• Customers can instantly verify codes on official brand portals (e.g. vaporesso.com, myuwell.com, voopoo.com, geekvape.com).

Our store provides an initial 7-day technical inspection warranty for electronic hardware:

• Device fails to power on out of the box after appropriate charging.
• Defective internal chipset (e.g. screen failing to illuminate, buttons non-responsive upon arrival).
• Internal charging circuit defect preventing battery charge acceptance.
• Defective internal auto-draw sensor failing to activate out of the box.

Warranty does not apply to consumable components or issues caused by misuse:

• Coils and Pod Cartridges: Coils burn out naturally from e-liquid vaporization and are non-warranty items.
• E-Liquids: Flavor perception is subjective; opened juices cannot be returned or replaced.
• Overcharging Damage: Damage from high-wattage cell phone fast chargers (above 5V/1A or manufacturer recommendations).
• Liquid Leakage Damage: Hardware ingress caused by overfilling pods or leaving leaking pods inside devices.
• Physical Accidental Damage: Cracked screens, dented chassis, or severed charging ports.
